When you fill in the quote request form, we collect: your name, your WhatsApp number, the model you want, your delivery country, and the message you write.

This information is used solely to contact you back, prepare a quote, and support you through your import project.

This processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form.

The form is submitted via the Web3Forms service, which delivers the message by email to the CMEX team without retaining your data beyond sending it.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to support@cmexauto.com.

The site counts page views to know which pages are being read. This counting uses no cookie, no IP address, and no visitor identifier: only the page path, the date, and a total are stored. It is therefore impossible to recognise you from one page to the next, or from one visit to another.

The site uses the Meta Pixel, the measurement tool of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, publisher of Facebook and Instagram. From your arrival, it sends Meta the pages you view, technical information (IP address, browser) and, when you send a quote request, the model concerned and its price. This information is used to measure the effectiveness of our ads and to personalise them. The site does not share your name, WhatsApp number or message with Meta.

This pixel is active for all visitors to the site. Details of the trackers are on the cookie settings page. You can limit how this data is used from the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account; Meta processes it under its own privacy policy.
